S & S MOTORSPORTS RACE TEAM
The S & S Motorsports Division proudly owns and runs our own Australian Drag Racing Team.
The 300 inch wheel base Spitzer Top Alcohol Dragster is currently being run in Top Alcohol. It is powered by a 451 cubic inch Brad Anderson Engine with a PSI Supercharger and a Lenco Drive Transmission.
In 2009 S & S Motorsports aligned itself with Proforce Motorsports. 'The benefits of joining Mark Brew and his Team have exceeded our expectations', Katherine said. The Proforce Motorsports Team have years of experience in Drag Racing and in particular Top Alcohol. Proforce Motorsports are also a well known Australian Distributor for Racepak and Torco Racing Oils.
The Team is extremely pleased with the car to date which has included a best elapsed time here in Australia of 5.85 seconds for the quarter mile at 240 mph.
The Owner/Driver Katherine Sichter went to the Frank Hawley Drag Racing School in Gainsville Florida to license for Top Alcohol Dragster. Prior to Top Alcohol, Katherine has worked her way through the classes starting in Super Street, Modified & Supercharged Outlaws.
Our latest addition to the S & S Motorsports is Team Lachlan Sichter who is now competing in Junior Dragster.
